Employee Education and Development
At Hayward, we believe that development is a shared responsibility between employees and their managers. Careers should be challenging and rewarding and development should result in long-term growth. While most development will occur as a result from on the job activities, Hayward provides additional resources and formal learning opportunities.
Tuition Assistance
We are proud to offer a superior education assistance program providing 100% of tuition, required textbooks, and fees (excluding those fees related to student activities) for management approved undergraduate, graduate, certificate and professional designation programs, up to a maximum of $7,500 per year.
For those participating in an approved graduate level program, an additional benefit of 75% of tuition, required textbooks, and fees, up to a maximum of $7,500 per year is available after the initial benefit has been exhausted. This brings the maximum total annual education benefit to $15,000 per year for those employees enrolled in an approved graduate program.
Full time employees are eligible for this lucrative benefit on their date of hire. Tuition costs may be prepaid directly to the school or reimbursed to the employee upon successful course completion.
