Troubleshooting Tips
Click on Register Account
At the next screen you must fill out all of the bold fields required completely and click on Register to register with the system.
The next screen will then inform you that your account was created and you now have an e-mail with your password.
You may now login to your account by typing your username and password, then clicking on the Login icon.
The Manage Units Screen will now appear. You must Click on Register New Unit then continue by filling out all of the information completely and click on Register Unit to begin managing.

At the Login screen type your username and password, then click on Login.
This will bring up the Manage Units Screen, which allows you to view all of your registered units.

Status: The status symbol shows you whether or not an alarm has been activated, by color code.
Blue: No warning in the past 24 hours.
Yellow: There has been a warning in the past 24hrs, but was corrected w/ in the past 24hrs.
Red: Warning in progress.
Black: Controller has not communicated in 7 days.
Facility Name: This is the name of the facility where the communicating unit is installed.
If you click on a Facility Name the Update Unit Profile screen will appear. This screen provides you with a complete description of the facility and the unit alarm settings. From this screen you can edit information and also communicate with the controller by changing the alarm set points and clicking Update. From this screen you can also choose the specific people who you would like notified in the case of an alarm being triggered. Just check the specific warning box of the person or persons who you wish to be notified. From this screen you can also retrieve all data that the controller is currently reading by clicking the Get Data button.
Location: This is the specific location of the unit or what body of water it is monitoring.
Last Warning: This provides you with the date and time the last alarm was triggered.
Commands:
Manage: This will bring you to the Update Unit Profile screen. From this screen you can edit information and also communicate with the controller by changing the alarm set points and clicking Update. You can also request data to be sent from the controller by clicking on the Get Data Button at the bottom of the screen. This will request will ask the controller to send all of its logged data up to the point of your request.
Survey: This will bring you to the Unit Survey Report screen. This screen provides you with a blank pool/spa survey to fill out upon a visit to the facility and the ability to print and/or save the information.
- Date/Time Range: This feature allows you to view a specified period of surveys by editing the dates & times and clicking Refresh.

New Survey: This feature allows you to create a new survey to fill out.
- Update: This feature will allow you to save the survey and edit/update the survey after it has already been created.
- Cancel: This feature will allow you to cancel the current survey you were creating.
- Print: This feature will allow you to save and print the current survey you are looking at.
Alarms: This will bring you to the Unit Warning Alarms screen. This screen provides you with information on unit alarm warnings over a specified range of time.

Date/Time Range: This feature allows you to view a specified period of readings by editing the dates & times and clicking Refresh.
- Date/Time: This shows you the date and time that the warning was sent. If you click on the Date/Time of a specific warning and it will bring you to the Unit Warning Detail screen. This screen provides you with a complete description of the controller at the time the alarm was triggered and what people were notified.
Message: This will provide you with the type of alarm that was triggered.
Warning Type: This will show you what type of remote warning was sent.
Contact Information: This provides you with either a specific e-mail address or the contact information of the remote warning being used.
Graph: This will bring you to the Unit Data Graph screen. This screen provides you with graphed ORP and pH data of a specified range of time.
Date/Time Range: This feature allows you to view a specified period of readings by editing the dates & times and clicking Refresh.
Left Axis/Right Axis: This feature allows you to control the way you view your graph.
- Min: Minimum Number on that particular axis.
- Max: Maximum Number on that particular axis.
- Inc: What Increments the numbers or broken into on that particular axis.
- Show Values: Will show the actual values of the logged data.
- Show Lines: Will add horizontal gridlines to the graph.
Graph: This feature allows you to choose the size of your graph, Large/Small and also allows you to choose how you would like to break down your columns for viewing. When applying any of the graph functions you must click the Refresh Button for any request to be completed.
Data: This will bring you to the Unit Data Report screen. This screen provides you with a complete description of the unit’s readings over a specified range of time.
Date/Time Range: This feature allows you to view a specified period of readings by editing the dates & times and clicking Refresh.
Save To File: By clicking on this feature it allows you to save the information provided on the screen to a hard drive or floppy disk.
Get Data: By clicking on this feature it will send a request to the controller asking it to send all of its logged data up to the point of your request.

Allows you to edit either your company or your specific account information. This page also allows you to add and/or edit your remote warning contacts. (Notifications)
Click on Add New and proceed to type the e-mail address of the particular person you would like to be notified, under the circumstances that one of your registered controllers were to go into alarm.
