How do I place an order?
Only Pool Professionals can place an order. Pool Owners can only create a wish list after creating an account.
Follow the steps below to place an order.
- Log in to your account.
- Select your Items
First you will need to browse through our Product Families or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on every page of our site. You will also find links to more detailed product-specific searches in the left navigation bar. When you find your item, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find tabs, which contain additional information about the item, such as item specifications, weights, master carton quantity, accessories, etc.
- Add Items to Your Shopping Cart or Requisition List
To order an item, click "Add to Cart". To save an item to your Requisition List, click “Add to Requisition List (new or existing) and save. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, you can keep shopping until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart or Requisition List at any time by clicking the or Requisition List at the top of every page of our website.
- Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, click the “Remove” button.
- Enter a Shipping Address
Select your ship to address from the drop down menu. Ship to addresses are set up when your account is established. If the address you would like to ship to is not on file, you may create a one-time temporary ship to address by selecting that option.
- Choose a Shipping Method
Select a method of shipping from the drop down box. There will be a flat rate shipping charge added to your order at checkout. Small parcel items (75lbs and under) can be expedited at an additional cost via Fed Ex or UPS. Please visit the UPS http://www.ups.com/ or Fed EX http://fedex.com/ website to estimate your cost on an expedited order. Hayward will select the carrier when an order is prepaid and allowed. Shipping charges will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.
- Payment Information/Purchase Order #
If paying by credit card, please enter your credit card information. (Your account must be set up to accept credit card payment to use this feature). Enter your purchase order number and any special requirements in the comments box. Enter your requested ship date. (See below for lead times).
- Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click "Place Your Order". Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.
Once an order has been submitted, no changes can be made online. Please contact Customer Service immediately, if changes are necessary.
- Check Your Order Status
If you would like to review your order, click the Order History link.
How do I place an order for an international destination?

Is there a minimum order requirement?
The minimum order requirement is $100.00 for Parts, $200 for Whole Goods.
What is a wish/requisition list? How do I use it?
A wish list or requisition list is similar to a shopping list. Pool owners can keep a wish list of items they would like to talk to a pool professional about purchasing.
Pool professionals can keep a list of items they’re running low on or order frequently without adding them to their cart, saving the list for future use. When ready to order, they can place an order from a requisition list. Note, the Requisition List remains intact for future uses, and can be amended at any time.
