Hayward ApprenticeshipWe invest in our future

Today's high tech equipment requires advanced manufacturers to have a well trained and highly skilled workforce.

Hayward's Apprenticeship program is designed to develop and grow highly skilled employees through a 4-year technical training program located just outside of Winston-Salem, NC. Our program is designed to provide development in the technical fields of machinists, tool and die makers, process technicians, and industrial maintenance mechanics. We work with motivated juniors and senior from local high schools, veterans, dislocated and incumbent workers. Candidates that qualify for Hayward Apprenticeship train for exciting technical careers with paid training, earn a free two year degree, gain excellent benefits and are awarded a journeymen card post program completion. Our apprentices complete the program and continue their careers at Hayward with full-time employment.
