ELIZABETH, NJ (January 22, 2016) — AquaNaut® 450, part of the Hayward EXPERT Line of products, is a powerful all-terrain, 4-wheel drive suction cleaner designed with V-Flex technology for superior cleaning of all pool shapes, depths, and sizes up to 16' x 32'. Its unique 4-wheel drive capability and extra 40' hose allows the cleaner to maintain balance and suction power in deeper ends. Its patented all-terrain tire treads and adjustable roller skirt allows this cleaner to maneuver expertly over and around obstacles – including VGB compliant main drains. Multiple pre-programmed internal steering sequences ensure that the cleaner covers both deep and shallow ends equally well, including walls.++

Patented V-Flex™ Technology
According to Patrick Caty, Hayward Cleaners Global Product Manager, "AquaNaut is equipped with patented V-Flex variable vane turbine technology that allows the cleaner to handle larger debris for virtually clog-free cleaning. The variable vanes within the turbine adjust automatically to accommodate passage of this larger debris. The energy-efficient design of V-Flex maximizes suction power at almost any flow, making it a perfect cleaner to pair with variable-speed pumps."
