ELIZABETH, NJ (November 3, 2014) Hayward Pool Products announces the introduction of a new junction box transformer to their line of swimming pool lighting accessories. The UL-listed junction box transformer is a revolutionary design with the ability to power one light or two, making it the most cost-effective solution for low-voltage lighting.

“Our new junction box transformer allows you to convert high-voltage to low-voltage close to the pool, making it easier and more efficient to install 12V lights,” said Senior Product Manager for Lighting, Greg Fournier. “This saves you time, materials and money during the installation of low-voltage lighting.”

Other lighting accessories available from Hayward include a 300W wall-mount transformer for multi-light configurations during new construction, and a complete line of junction box retrofit kits that allow easy conversion from 120V to 12V systems. Hayward has UL-listed retrofit kits for Pentair®, Thermocraft®, and Intermatic® brands.
