Dealers, builders, service professionals and distributors are not eligible for this promotion. A valid U.S. consumer address must be provided. Visa® Prepaid Card will not be mailed to a business.

Theft, diversion, reproduction, sale or purchase of this form is prohibited. This offer is good only in the USA. Products must be purchased from a Hayward authorized dealer. Rebates will not be honored without required documentation. This includes: (a) this completed rebate form, and (b) copy of sales receipts . Void where taxed, restricted or prohibited. Limit one request per household per year. All rebate inquiries must be made within one year of the purchase date.

This offer is valid only on purchases made between January 1, 2022 and August 31, 2023. Rebate requests must be submitted within 30 days of product purchase. Online rebate claims must be submitted no later than September 22, 2023. Rebate payment will not be sent on purchases made outside the specified dates of the purchase period. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for processing. This offer cannot be combined with any other Hayward offer.

By requesting this rebate, you will automatically be enrolled in our electronic communication program. If we send any marketing communication via email, it will include a link where you may opt out of this program. Rebate paid via a Hayward Visa® Prepaid Card, valid anywhere Visa® Debit is accepted. The Card is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash access. Card program issued by The Bancorp Bank, Member FDIC pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Hayward Visa® Prepaid Cards are valid for 180 days after issuance, through the “Valid Thru” date shown on the front of the Card.
