This page allows you to stay informed and up-to-date on all your registered pool facilities that are communicating to the PoolComm platform from one location. Accounts which require attention appear at the top of the list with a red status icon. A blue icon indicates no warning within the past 24 hours and everything is under control. A yellow icon indicates there has been a warning in the past 24 hours. A black icon indicates the controller has not communicated in 7 days. You can click on the “Manage”, “Alarms”, “Surveys”, “Graph” and “Data” to explore further into each pool account.
The unit details page identifies the facility which is being automated. It provides easy access to important facility information and settings where the pool facility name, site location and serial number from the communicating CAT Controller can all be added. The warning settings section allows you to check and adjust set points, low and high alarms, configure optional sensors, and filter nuisance alarms.
This page is used as a tool to provide easy viewing of data logs allowing documentation of proper water quality maintenance and provide customers or health officials with professional reports. The Get Data feature sends a signal to the controller and retrieves the latest readings, providing a "snap shot" of what is happening at the facility. You can click in the Date/Time field to adjust and see the data from a specific time period. The “email” feature allows you to instantaneously send all data straight to your email account.
This page shows a list of all alerts that have transpired from the controllers going out of range, allowing the pool operator/manager to capture this information and see which pools need a service visit depending on the alarm. Again, you can click in the Date/Time field to adjust and see the data from a specific time period.
When a service call is required, the survey page allows an individual to document all information that was found from the visit at the aquatic facility. This feature allows you to keep track of all surveys to-date as well as add and edit new and/or existing survey reports. This tool is great to illustrate that the technician was on a call and the present status of the pool. Items such as controller readings, test kit readings, Langelier saturation index, filtration readings, observations and adjustments and customer feedback can all be captured and inserted into this page. At any given moment, the survey can immediately be sent to your email by clicking on the “email” button.
This page provides a great visual depiction of the overall performance of the water quality management program and can be used for trending and troubleshooting purposes. To enlarge the graph, tap the graph screen and the graph will open up and enlarge. Again, the graph can be adjusted for specific date/time ranges.
