How can I return an item?
Contact your Customer Service Representative who will approve the return and issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form. There may be freight and restock fees associated with the return. The RGA must accompany all items returned in order to assure proper credit is applied. Shipping labels on all cartons must be marked with the applicable RGA number. Any items returned without an RGA will not be accepted for credit.

Who do I contact if a product is damaged?
Please note damage on the delivery carrier’s copy of the bill of lading and notify Hayward customer service immediately.

Who do I contact if I have a shortage?
Please note the shortage on the carrier’s copy of the bill of lading and contact customer service immediately.

Who do I contact if I am missing parts?
Please double check the contents label fastened to each pallet or parcel, the receiving list which is organized by pallet and the packing list. If the parts cannot be located, please contact customer service.

How do I check if a credit has been issued?
Credits will appear in the order history section.
