How do I create a Profile? Click on "Create a Profile " in the top right corner of the home page, select Pool Professional Registration to create your profile.
You will receive a confirming email with log in credentials once the account has been approved by Hayward Sales Management.
How do I update my account information? Login to your account and click on “my account” and update your information. A confirmation email will be sent.
How do I change/add/remove my email address/business address? Please contact Customer Service.
